This program is for:

*Law Enforcement Officers.

*Teachers.

*Firefighters.

*Emergency Medical Technicians.

HUD on a annual basis sells a limited number of homes from their inventory at a 50% Discount! What makes this even more affordable is that the eligible participants can apply for a FHA mortgage with only $100. down payment! Due to the fact that many of these homes are located in a revitalization area of the community there may be additional assistance from state or local government. Also if the home needs repair the FHA 203k mortgage program can help, by providing financing for the purchasing and the cost of repairs to the home.
